My month-long experiment includes daily videos full of facts about the poison called alcohol, alcohol in society, and what it does to our brain and bodies. With four hour-long one-to-one coaching sessions to dig deeper into your reasons for drinking and your beliefs about what alcohol does for you. You will start to appreciate how powerful the mind can be and how little control alcohol actually has over you.
There are journal prompts throughout the course which begin to paint your personal picture of how your life will feel when you have taken control of alcohol.
Most importantly you will learn to treat yourself with grace and compassion, stop beating yourself up and have fun doing this experiment.

This course contains 5 to 7 lessons a week with homework and worksheets. Requires a commitment of around 5 hours a week.
Plus, weekly one to one coaching to help you become aware of beliefs you didn’t even know you had. Subconscious thoughts about who you are that are keeping you stuck in the alcohol trap.
